You provide an important reminder that emptiness isn’t permanent. I recall when I was experiencing extreme burnout related to my emotionally demanding job. Simply being told that burnout was NOT a permanent condition and was something you work through was an incredible relief and enabled me to work my way to the other side and love my work again.

I cultivated the belief that sadness or anything that burns me out is actually preparing me for ultimate happiness and contentment 👌💜

What a fantastic perspective. How did you arrive at this mindset? What taught you such a great approach adversity?

Allah says in the Qur’an: “Indeed, with hardship comes ease. Indeed, with hardship comes ease.” He repeated it twice to remind us that with every difficulty, relief surely follows. This made me truly believe that sadness and hardship are only temporary, and something beautiful will come after that makes you forget you were ever in pain. 💜 I myself went through tough times in my life, but afterward came the relief that completely made me forget I had ever gone through those struggles. 😇💜💜✨
